Yes, assuming your gun and all modifications and added accoutrements fits the box and makes weight. It will be close to the limit. Hint: 40 ounces is not the limit. While I do not have the Legion, I have the 4.7 TXG, with procut slide, plate, optic, extended mag plate and mag well it sat at 43 or 44.5 oz.
