Change in Arredondo extensions?

I've used them in the past with both 40&9mm with carver and sjc magwells without issue.

   I picked up a G22 Gen 3 police trade and with either magwell I had to modify the extension in order for them to seat.  I've loaned out my old arredondo's, so I can't check if they'll seat.

   Was there a design change?

Also, are there other 141 Glock extensions which allow for 20+1?

I've only ever used the long A word variety.

I can't answer your Arredondo question, but Taran Tactical advertises 20+1 for their extensions with 40. I run them on my 9mm mags and never have any issues with them, but don't have first-hand experience with them on anything in 40.
