650 priming system

After loading about 150 rounds, the priming system locked up.  Won't feed primers.  Can't move the lever to advance the wheel.  Any ideas before I start taking the wrong things apart?

Nevermind.  Played with it a little while and it started working.  Must have had some trash in it.

The easiest thing to do in that situation is to remove the 2 screws and look at whats going on

I found that by replacing the stock steel detent ball under the shellplate with a phenolic ball, the amount of powder flung out of the cases dropped by 90%. This powder does foul up the entire press sometimes if you're not doing regular PM.

I clipped a coil off the spring, and went with a thrust bearing setup on the shell plate bolt that greatly reduced powder loss.
