Fix my grip safety - where to add metal

I removed too much metal on my grip safety. It engages and disengaged the way I want it to, but if I pull the trigger hard - 10+ lbs of pressure - the hammer will fall without disengaging the grip safety.

 

I suspect that I removed too much material at the wrong angle and the trigger bar is able push the grip safety out of the way. 

 

Where should I add material?

Add at the yellow line. There should not be an angle at that area.
