Recoil Spring Poundage for Glock 45 Comped to shoot 115 gr ammo?

Hey All, new to the forum but it looks like this is the place to ask the question... I put a PMM barrel/compensator combo and put it on my Glock 45. I'm new to shooting comped and did not realize I needed to change out my recoil spring if I'm shooting 115 gr ammo. Shot last night with my stock 17 lb captured spring and had massive failures. Worked with 147 gr ammo but 115 was a fail. Is 14 lbs alright or should I go lighter like 12 or 13 lbs for shooting with 115 gr ammo? Thanks.

Please remember that springing a Glock is a balancing act between the RS and the Firing Pin Spring.  If you go too light with the RS, the Firing Pin Spring will overpower it and may cause issues with the gun failing to return to battery.

The OEM 5.5# springs will probably be too strong for anything lighter than 13 pounds on the Recoil Spring and will likely cause intermittent failures to battery.  Lower than 11, it'll be almost constant.
