Holosun 510c not holding zero

I've got a Holosun 510c that stopped holding zero after about a 6 months of use on a .556 AK with side mount.  It would consistently shoot lower over time.  I am assuming I just got a bad unit because I have not yet experienced the same issues on any of my other platforms.  I've got one on my JP5 and my 7.62 AK.  Has anyone had this same experience?  Did using a mount like the ADM help the issue?

THanks!

Have the adjustments moved? Have you witness marked them?

Or are the adjustments holding and its losing zero still?

I do not witness mark so I'm not sure.

Loctite it down and witness mark with a thin pen. You should be doing this for the entire mounting system (ex: side mount, gas tube mount, dust cover rail, optic screws, etc.)

Right now, I don't think you have enough information to know what's at fault.
