Dillon 750 powder falling out

Hi

I've some problem with a powder falling out after the case is pulled off. I'm using a N320 and I tried to put a piece of paper between the case and the powder funnel. After the case is pulled off I saw 5/6 piece of powder in this paper.

How I can fix that? I tried to clean a funnel but I haven't saw nothing strange, seems that this powder is stuck and with vibration fall down

Polish the funnel, lube the brass. Can you feel it sticking on your downstroke?

I already lube the brass, about the downstroke it's not stick

Hard to tell from the angle, but it looks like excessive belling on the case.

Is that grease on your powder bar?

any chance the drop tube is not fully seated?  Look around 12 min in the video.
