Parts for Phoenix Redback

I haven’t been able to find parts for my Phoenix Redback in the U.S.  I was able to find extra buffers for the Sphinx SDP from Kriss U.S.A., which are supposedly the same as in the Redback.  Has anyone found a source for parts?

Erik there should hopefully be able to help. What kind of parts are you looking for? Eemanntech carry a number of aftermarket springs.

Attic doesn’t have parts yet. I call every month to see if they’re in.  Looking for smaller LH safety, spare slide stop, safety lever spring, safety lever plunger.

Phoenix is an A**hole company to deal with regarding spare parts. When I bought my Redback in 2019 I also ordered some spares. still haven’t got them. Every time I mail I get the same B.S. “it’s being shipped any moment now!”

Disappointing to hear they don’t have spare parts in Europe either. That’s a big negative.

Yeah luckily I shoot at the range at the Phoenix factory every year so I can pick up anything I need there.
