MuayThaiJJ
Hi, I just purchased a Kensight CZ-75 Rear Adj Sight Model #: 860-335 Upon installing - it is very loose with a gap between the bottom of the sight and the dovetail cut on the slide. The set screw needs to be fully screwed in to secure it against the dovetail, almost to the point where it raises the rear sight too much for adjustment. Is this a common issue? Anyone have some good fixes for this? Thanks! N
MuayThaiJJ
Here is an image of the issue, the rear sight is brand new unaltered. The dovetail is 0.41" wide and the rear sight is only 0.37" wide

terrydoc
Its either the wrong sight or your dovetail is not in spec, Has the dovetail been touched?

jim vaughan
A piece of 3-4" shim stock on the side of the dovetail would work if you are not prepared to wait for a replacement sight.
