Now I guess he is practicing for the Steel Challenge but during other IPSC match does he practice IPSC shooting? benos Posted August 10, 2001 Share Posted August 10, 2001 Dave, Basically, Robbie only shoots to get his guns and gear ready for whatever competition is coming up. Right now he is shooting about 400 rds a day getting ready for the Steel Challenge, but the funny thing is that he isn't shooting the courses of fire. He just shoots plate racks, mostly to make sure the guns are working and to confirm that they are set up correctly so that he feels that he can shoot them rock-solid in the match. Nevertheless, he will go to the match 4 or 5 days early and shoot the courses of fire there. Usually his training for IDPA or ISPC consists of just firing the gun at basic drill type stuff. (1.23.02) - I know for sure that he doesn't try to take/carry what he learns in practice into the match. be Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
