Yes, I posted a video showing the difference. Some of the 2017/18 models experienced frame cracking, I had one. Got it warranties. Received a new Shdaow 2 with milling in the block where the slide lock pin goes. The later 2018’s (coinciding with the optic ready S2’s) all have these cut outs. The older versions do not.
