SS45DVC
Stinger, Keep your powder dry and the radar "queing"! I spent 14 months over there as an Infantry Co Cdr...spent a lot of time 50k south of you in Bahgdad. Time will go by faster than you think with everything that goes on day-to-day. Heck, I bet if you got your Cdr to bless off on it you could set up a COF and use it as CQB training. Take care and shoot straight.
Jake
Justin- Rain down hell on our enemy, may you take no flak, and thank you for your service to our great country. If it wasn't for my medical discharge, I'd have re-upped and would join you in a heartbeat!
stingerjg
Its not that bad. kinda like sleeping in a big garage. there are 6 ppl in my section and we each have our own room. I have one of the smaller rooms, but then again i dont have alot of stuff so i dont need alot of room. The radar site i work at is about 150yards from where i sleep. So i walk to work every day. Right now we are working 5 hour shifts, w/ a rotating 4 hour shift, and still have a day off. Ya and we are working 7 days a week, so there isnt a weekend. So far i only really know the 5 other ppl in my section. We are located about 40 miles from the rest of the unit. i havent got a chance to meet anyone else.
