Gen 4 TTI GM Trigger Kit Install In a Gen 3 G35

So I have a Gen 4 TTI GM kit lying around and picked up a Gen 3 G35 w/ my GSSF coupon in the hopes of using it for USPSA limited. I was wondering what the difference is between the Gen 3 and Gen 4 kits. I'd hate to go buy another kit if it isn't necessary. I've installed both but don't have anything to compare it to at the moment. Thanks ahead of time.

Nothing other than the included housing pin (if it is even different) If you are using a Gen3 then you should be G2G for using the included heavy trigger spring

I just changed triggers in a Gen 3 and a Gen 4 and there is a definite difference between the trigger mechanism housings. I believe the Gen 4 is pointed near the bottom and the Gen 3 is squared off. I was told by the trigger manufacturer that they were not interchangeable. Perhaps they were mistaken.

The TTI Kit includes a connector, springs, and housing pin only.

Oh, then you’re good to go, I’d think you could use the old housing pin if necessary. Good luck!
