MartelNH
Hi all, New to the group. Been reloading for a few years now. Mostly plated bullets. I was given some 124 grain fn Ibejiheads. Anyone have a load data that they like using titegroup or Longshot. Shooting M&P 9mm Pro and Sig 320. Thanks in advance
BJB
Try 3.6 to 3.8 gr Titegroup and determine your OAL. That should put you right where you want to be, assuming you're loading for competition. I use 3.7 gr. Edited January 15, 2019 by BJB
dave33
I just tried that exact bullet in my 320 X5 last week. 3.8gr of titegroup averaged 1094 FPS/135 PF with a standard deviation of 9. I'm sure 3.7 would work, 3.6 may as well. I did get mine sized to .357 so that might get me a few extra FPS.

Thanks Jeff If I remember right it was 1.125-1.130. The Sig's seem to have a much more generous chamber so they could most likely be loaded quite a bit longer, but I was testing that bullet against a 122gr FP from Acme with some various powders and that particular setting worked for both bullets on my seating die. If I go with a big order of them I would probably play with the OAL more.
Postal Bob
3.6 gr titegroup is what I use with Ibejiheads bullets. Can go down to 3.5 gr, as long as the weather is warm(Titegroup is temperature sensitive).

It's really best to run The Plunk Test and determine Your Longest OAL in each of your two guns for that particular bullet - or you may end up not being able to use the cartridges if they're too long for your guns.
