Kevin Kline
That site is funny as hell Merlin, I'll have to see if I can find it.I don't remember the exact caliber but the name of the round was the T-Rex. .560 T-Rex / .750 T-Rex ... Something like that. I can't believe I lost the link. Someone on here has to have it. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Shannon, Is that the one they guy is shooting it in an indoor booth and it knocks him to the floor like a 4 year old? Laughed for hours about that one.
gm iprod
The guy is a pussy. I have a 8lb 458X2, thats 3800ft lbs energy in a small rifle. I never shoot it off a bench. But what a goat gun. Some people have declined to shoot it. It has dented a few egos. Mine once. I have just put together a 500 Beowulf. 16" AR-15 that produces 2900ft lbs and weighs in at 6lb. Also brisk. Did shoot that off a bench, about 2' at 100M with a 350gr pill at 1800 odd fps. Currently working on a 50BMG. Recoil reduction will be by mass, lots of it. If it hurts you are still alive, so you can have another shot, if it stops hurting you have got used to it, or DIED. If the latter at least you died happy.
