223to45
I was wondering if the older Tight Group was changed along the way. If I understand the date code right I believe it to be from 2009.Powder measurement was set to 3grn , and has been perfect , once I started dumping in this older stuff ( acquired 4 lbs in a reloading package deal), it was a constant 2.8 grn . Just wondering if someone knows if it has changed. Probably just set it to the side and use it for other stuff. ChuckS
Load up a few and chrono. Most of our powder measure work by volume, not weight. I have seen powder "fluffiness" vary from lot to lot. Edited June 7, 2018 by ChuckS
Service Desk
452AA used to loose weight with age.... same volume weighed less after 20 or so years. It still shot OK in my revolver loads.
223to45
So what is the best way to deal with this stuff, I ended up with 4 extra lbs.Just load it according to chrono results? Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
