I shoot 38 Super with 8.8 grs of 4756 with a 125 HAP bullet and Winchester small rifle primers. Do bullets that are reloaded, and then stored, deteriorate over time? They are stored in metal ammo cans in a cool dry place but do I have to use them in a certain time period? If so, what sort of time are we talking about? Thanks for the help.
