If you start with the right advice on parts & don't get one of the Monday morning dimensions guns. I've had one Tanfo & one CZ get honery with me, else smooth sailing also.

Hell, I fitted a BOLO with a stock “heart” hammer in probably an hour of actual work.
Oh yeah, it is the first gun I have ever completely disassembled (to polish).
Polishing is great for 2 reasons:
1) Obviously a better Trigger
2) Learning what makes your gun “tick”

I could get my SA below 2#... but needed easy to pop primers... since I don’t reload, I bumped up the spring and unless shooting bullseye or something, I don’t notice a difference.
Instead of assuming someone that likes to work on his/her gun is doing it at the expense of practice, maybe assume they are doing it at the expense of watching TV or something else.
The ripping on people who like to work on their guns is pretty foolish.

For me, it’s more of a joke. Folks that bitch about not finishing well or being in d/c/b class are those who I am mocking.

Yes, I’m B class and proud. But won’t be for long!
