  1. The first gun I ever smithed in my life was a Tanfo Lim Pro.... ez pz
  2. You can’t dry fire practice for 4 hours a night for a month! Aka the time it takes to tune a bolo! Lol
  3. Have you never considered some people like to do those things? Like to tinker? Nothing wrong with that. Not all of us can go shoot all day long or all night or 24/7 like some of you here. Next best thing for me is working on my guns, when I can’t shoot.
  4. Naturally. It’s the Wild West man!
  5. I think even more bored people complain about bored people on the Internet
  6. And what did you compare. A stock CZ vs a stock tanfo? Because yeah. A stock tanfo is pretty terrible. Tanfoglios take a lot of work, but IMO and the opinion of most people here. Is the end result is a better trigger. Not to mention it’s actually possible to get a 2/5 lb trigger out of a tanfoglio.
  7. The firing pin block doesn’t make the trigger worse on a tanfoglio like it does in the CZ
  8. Considering how much tangos variate, that is super close. Also is the finish fragile? I see some scratches. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  9. Agreed. My Lim pro is 42.9 oz with metal base plates. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  10. I LOVE mine. Shoot it in IDPA and steel shoots every month. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  11. So much confusion in this thread. Trying to get a hold on what is right/wrong. Are we saying the following? - Large and Small frames are the same size externally when gripping them. They only differ in internals. - small frames take CZ mags - The new Limpro is a black chrome small frame? Same dimensions otherwise of a Limpro - new Limpro has a square trigger guard. Basically. In short the new Limpro is just the old Limpro but black and takes CZ mags, and has different internals sizes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  12. I am really surprised no one mentioned the scales 2.0. Crazy grippy. http://www.shootingsportsinnovations.com/images/TF2RAW1.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
  13. Are there limiteds that don’t have a full length dust cover? The best part about the Lim Pro was showing up to IDPA SSP with it. Lol
  14. Oh shoot!! Super glad I got one. I love this thing.
  15. I didn't realize these were hard to find. Was easy when I bought mine from Gallery of Guns. Are they not available anymore?
  16. Man. I love the short video thread. So much better than watching 30 seconds of an 8 minute video, then turning it off before anything has even happened.
  17. Yeah pretty sure it's not legal to alter the beaver tail.
  18. Sorry wasn't clear. What I meant was scales 2.0 and aftermarket base pads are the only combo that could possibly make weight. Henning grips + henning basepad = overweight Scales 2.0 + Henning basepad = 1/10 of an oz under weight.
  19. You can't really rotate it that much because the barrel is flat on the end and usually touching the end of the box. But yeah, it's that close. No problems getting it out of the box though. It's maybe a half second delay taking your time, which is a good amount, but overall not a big deal compared to shooting the gun I love to shoot in SSP legally.
  20. Mine almost touches in the official IDPA plastic box. Maybe a mm to spare
  21. PD 13# hammer. This is with the barrel not fixed yet. So guessing I could do a 12# when my barrel comes back.
