Hello from Colorado

Hi y'all!

I've creeped for a while here and finally joined up.  I'm consistently impressed with the wealth of knowledge the members post and I hope someday to be able to contribute as well as most do.  

I've been shooting for a while, with no specific discipline, I've just always liked guns and shooting.  I've shot  few 3 gun matches in Colorado and hope to do more of that soon when my schedule allows me to be stateside more often.

Wayne, I drive to Pagosa from Louisiana almost every year. Is there any places an out of towner can shoot around there ?

When I go to Pagosa, it is for the Smelly Water.  I would suggest an inquiry at the Pawn Shop on Main downtown.

 

With that much National Forest, there has to be at least an informal area.  We shoot IDPA, USPSA, and 3 Gun at

 

the San Juan Wildlife Federation near Farmington, NM.  There is even a CA group.  The bad part is that it's about two hours

 

from there.

Durango has a USPSA match.  Unsure what date but I think it's the fourth Saturday of the month.
