ebdgunner
Hey guys, I need concrete evidence of the dueling trees existence pre 2002. I'm younger and wasn't involved in the shooting sports back then but I've been told by many people that they were shooting dueling trees back in the 80's. Thanks for the help! Dr. Phil
I shot one a friend made in the mid 80s. Maybe 86? He must have seen one somewhere and made one of his own. I remember shooting (at) my side while looking at his side!! Not many hits for either of us! Took awhile to learn that thing. But oh what fun!! Sorry, no pics. No concrete here. Just memories... Flatland Shooter
Same as Dr. Phil. Memories only. I shot at a club in West Texas that had a dueling tree in the 80's. I was a member from 1985 - 1989.
ebdgunner
Thanks guys, it seems to be pretty common knowledge that these targets have been around a while. Still, a certain target company is threatening me that they own the patent granted in 2002 and want me to pay them.
