robertg5322 Posted August 14, 2017 Share Posted August 14, 2017 I've used Tripp guts in .40 S&W Checkmate 8 round mags, the ones with the welded on bases, with no issue. Still hold 8 rounds and followers stopped jumping over the slide stop tab. Made malfunctioning mags work perfectly. Tubes on Dawson mags should be same length as Tripp so the should work as well as the .40 guts worked for me. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
