RH45
What is the difference between Stock 2, and Stock 3 Extreme? I shot several Stock 2s at the chrono station, and liked the way they felt. I just wish I would have had a target, behind the chrono at 25, or 50 yards, to see just how accurate they were. Thanks!
Torogi
Extreme lines are great for IPSC where you are somewhat limited with what you can do with the gun. ARy pointed out its more of S2 vs S3, rather than as an extreme line.
RH45
I guess I ASSUMED the extreme line was like comparing a Sig 226, with their X series, which is a much more refined pistol. Whereas the Sig 226 is an accurate pistol, every X series I've shot was outstanding.
MemphisMechanic
In IPSC you can't slap aftermarket parts into guns. You also cannot polish internals. So Tanfo devised an Xtreme model with chromed internals and lightened springs. Basically a decent aftermarket trigger... but nowhere near as nice as you can get a USPSA gun with heavily polished internals, aftermarket parts, and tuned springs.
