.40AET
My Lee Pro 1000 laods the .40 Federal NTs with no problem. Damn, I knew giving away my Pro 1000 was a mistake.

.40AET
I just can't leave this alone. Sorry. The Lee Pro 1000 does not have a separate swaging station like the 1050 does. I loaded lots of .40 on mine and had to stop and ream the primer pockets of NT brass or toss it out. If someone is succesfully reloading Federal NT brass on a Pro 1000 it has to be on luck alone. Neither the Lee Pro 1000, Lee Loadmaster, or the Dillon 650 that I have had will fix a crimped primer. Yes, if you ream out the primer pockets, then both presses will reload the NT brass just fine. Or....if you throw the sh!t in the trash then you will be reloading with a smile. This is based only on the piles of Federal NT brass that I have tried reloading in the last year and a half. YMMV
folsoml
I notice to difference at all. Speer, Win NT, Federal NT. I haven't found anything Pro 1000 won't load. Maybe I've finally gotten lucky at something.
