AzShooter
After trying a number of Red Dot sights on my Model 929 I finally settled on a Burris Fast Fire III on an Allchin mount. It's light and balances the gun perfectly. And it shoots pretty well too.At 15 yards I get one ragged hole. At 25 yards I'm getting 1 - 1 1/2 inch groups from the bench. Off hand I'm able to keep all shots inside the A-Zone of a Bianchi Target. With my shaking that's good enough for me. Click this bar to view the original image of 745x495px. Shmella
what mount did you use? Can the mount come off without taking the sight off of the mount? Edited December 18, 2015 by Shmella
alecmc
what mount did you use? Can the mount come off without taking the sight off of the mount? Looks like the allchin mount, and no - the screws for the mount are under the sight, so sight comes off first, then mount
AzShooter
Right it's an Allchin and comes with all the screws to mount it.
Shmella
Good to know thanks. I might be stupid but say you were to remove the sight and reinstall it, any reason why you would have to re-zero the sight in??
AzShooter
Doesn't appear that you will lose zero. Maybe if you don't tighten the screws the same?
