sweetback Posted November 30, 2015 Share Posted November 30, 2015 (edited) Finally had time to do IDP FLATLINE TRIGGER job.Went to MCRC IDPA Saturday 28th.Shot CCP G19 with FLATLINE TRIGGER came in 1st.No problems with trigger. It worked well.I did not buy trigger for carry, strictly competition.Parts and Mods used:Gen 3 trigger bar (original with round trigger return spring hole)IDP skeleton strikerVanek housing with over travel and pre travel adjustmentsMinus NDZ performance connector4 lb striker springReworked trigger barStock trigger return springI feel that as it comes the trigger safety spring is to strong and should be a little lighter. When pressing the safety it increases the initial pressure to depress the trigger. But this was with it installed on trigger and put in gun without any work done. Straight drop in. I don't have a trigger pull gauge but it fells like it's in the 2lb range just under 3 after trigger job. Good strong reset. With take up adjusted it has a solid wall break. All Over travel adjusted out. Also the flat surface may add a mechanical advantage in leverage taking an ounce or two off pull weight. I had to grind a little off the bottom of trigger safety, it was dragging on frame when trigger was resetting.
