Actually, I think some ROs definitely would or at least be inclined to issue a DQ for that. I'm with you, though. As long as they don't draw from that position, it's not really a problem. Duane Thomas Posted February 24, 2005 Share Posted February 24, 2005 Okay, all sarcasm aside, I'm sure the TSA "upside down holster test" is meant to be conducted with the tester's hand under the gun to catch it before it can hit the ground. Which means that you'll only be pointing a loaded gun at the hand holding the holster if it comes out, not having the gun hit the ground. And this is better (?), I guess.
