justinsc
I'm looking for a commander slide to build a monolith style .40 on a PT frame. Anyone know a good source. I've been looking and all will can find is one from Fusion. It appears nice but already has cocking serrations milled. I would like to find one with just Novak sight cuts if anything. justinsc
Thank you for the link. That one has the stirrup cut on the bottom of the front of the slide. I'd like to find one without that stirrup cut.

zzt
I'll second Caspian Arms. You'll start with a slide blank with no cuts. Scallop, serrations and logos are free, if you want any of them. Otherwise, just specify Novak sight cuts and you are done. If they have a blank sitting on the shelf, they will make the cuts and ship in 10-14 days. If not, you'll be waiting 8-10 weeks. mulrick
Email Robert at Fusion, they have a great selection and he will cut a slide to your specs. His turnarounds are quick and the products are top notch. I think he does sight cutting once a week in big batches, so if you catch him he can pull a slick sided frame out and put it in the batch. sales@fusionfirearms.com
justinsc
Well, I ordered a Caspian slide. Just the way I wanted it. I think once it's machined, fitted, and finished it'll be an impressive piece.
