Gcarr
I just ordered a SP01 from CGW and I am not clear about a magwell... The one I looked at required short grips and new mag base plates or longer mags. Is this true for all available magwells ? And there was something about the gun might not fit the IDPA box depending on sights ... ??? Any information/clearity would be greatly appreciated . eerw
You'll still have to change the factory baseplate to get the adequate clearance.
Gdub
I have a CZ UB mag well which works with standard mags: So can that be used in both production and IDPA? Where di you get it? I tried to order one on my SP01 from Stuart at CZC and he said they were redesigning theirs at the moment and wheren't available right now. Thanks,
kneelingatlas
I don't know anything about IDPA, but mag wells are not legal in Production.
eerw
Magwells you can use in IDPA ESP. just have to fit the box. Magwells not allowed in USPSA PRoduction or IDPA SSP. CZC magwell is available, but you said, grips need to be modified and need a longer tube like the SP01 tube. http://czcustom.com/cz75magwellidpa.aspx
SDM
The SP01 has be SSP legal to be used in ESP because of the dustcover.
