CmbtEngr
The key element of this stage was engaging steel targets protected by steel no-shoots - shotgun or pistol could be used (or both). Comparison of different approaches:

CmbtEngr
Upper left shooter (shotgun only on the plates) won the stage among these shooters.
Brian Payne
With the talk of optional targets on another thread, it was kind of cool to see a video like this. Of course shooter skill was obviously the most important factor but that course of fire was interesting. The lower left shooter looked like he could have placed 2nd if had just loaded more shotgun shells instead of abandoning the shotgun and drawing the handgun. bushmeat
Because of the angle of the plate rack, it looked like lower left shooter had problems with the two furthest left plates not wanting to go down with his shot/choke combo. Loading more shells might not have helped.

CmbtEngr
I used a full choke with AA Super Handicaps 7.5 shot with careful aim near the no-shoots.
