I am now the second owner of this lightly shot vintage open gun. I spoke directly with Virgil Tripp and he remembers this gun and was a friend to original owner. DRichardson Posted August 3, 2014 Share Posted August 3, 2014 Throw a magwell, cmore and mount on it and shoot it. That way you can go back to original if you want to. Just a heads up that scope mount pattern looks like the old dawson pattern it is .330 on center not the more common .375. Matt cheely did my mount with the custom pattern for my vintage gun.
