Chris Keen
Its a little late to help Joe. Joe was a friend who shot with me and Bill about 4~5 years ago when Sim Trainer was holding USPSA matches indoors. He had a Caspian Glock slide that he lightened, just going off of what looked good, not very scientific. Joe has since quit shooting, but he did help me put some holes in my Glock 24 barrel when I shot open. I'm pretty sure they were 1/8 " holes. We made a 6-port, V shaped pattern in the opening on the Glock slide. But I didnt really feel much difference in the recoil with the addition of the holes, other than make it a LOT louder. The comp does most of the work.
