jcl
I did some searching and came up with nothing, but I need some load data for my 38 super comp to shoot minor. I have HS 6, power pistol and for bullets I have 115 HAP, 125 RN and 147 RN. Thanks Jim
Guest
For mid-minor 140-145pf-ish loads I like to use about 8.0 - 8.7 grains HS-6 with a 115 grain RN bullet @ 1.250. Soft load with plenty of oomph to knock down steel. Only real down side is that HS-6 runs dirty when not used at higher pressures. You could use HS-6 with any of the bullets you have and hodgdon's load site site has data for all those bullet weights with HS-6. Good Luck! sophiasmith
What main spring and recoil spring weights are you currently using for major and are you planning to change them and to what??
jcc7x7
Use Power Pistol it will burn cleaner than HS-6 at medium pressure/loads Get the info from web-site on 38 super or 38 super +p loads and work up till the gun runs reliably Mine will run smoothly with 7 lb springs but your may be different I load WSF for my steel/ med range loads in 38SC
