I'm not ertain any data was ever published on the 356 TSW, but the data shown in IPSC loads for the 9x21 will work. As always, start low and work up, watching for excessive pressure signs. A chronograph is a handy tool to have during this process.

Thanks Guy,

Happy Mew Year!

I will be buying some up to date reloading manuals in the next few days. Does the Sierra manual have the 9 by 21 data?

Is there another book out there that you reccomend, covering data designed for competition reloaders?

Another thing on my soon to buy list is that chronograph that you mentioned, again any reccomendation? :)

Regards,

Fred

As Patrick mentioned, the Vihtavuori Manual has some data on the 9x21. I was thinking of Jeff Maass's data online. I believe there is a link on the USPSA website.

I've used chronographs from PACT, Oehler and Competition Electronics and all are capable. Much will depend on the features you want, such as the PACT being a timer as well for the Mk IV. Overall, any of them will do the job.

9x21 and 9mm data will work well with the .356TSW..if I remember the cartridge was designed to fit the 9mm platform guns and to work around the 9x19 major restriction at the time...
