J-Rob
Has anyone else noticed their Z6i draining it's battery? I'll put a fresh battery in mine and in the off position the battery will be dead within 5-7 days.
amccallister
That sounds like a problem with the electronics. I've had mine for probably six months or more and it's still bright. I don't mean to insult your intelligence, but are you keeping the switch in the center position? When I first got mine I didn't realize it was a 3 position switch and thought all the way to the left was off when it's actually a low light setting. J-Rob
Switch in the center, rifle standing upright in gun safe.
amccallister
I'd definitely call Swaro and see what they say. I've never dealt with them personally, but I've heard their customer service is good and they often go above and beyond their written warranty. Doug H.
I've had 2 different models of the Swaro 1-6 and I never had to change batteries more often than every 6 months. I like the fact that it blinks to let you know it is going bad and doesn't just shut off. Sounds like time to send it in. Doug
