WITNESS flat trigger under and over travel adjust settings?

Ok so ive had this gun for a while now and had the Flat trigger installed converted to SA, egw hammer sear and xlong firing pin installed, and there is creep in the trigger still bout 1/8th inch or so before it goes off.

So ive pulled everything out and adjusted the front screw to take out creep and even the slightest turn of the screw leads the gun to not reset and trigger wont pull at all? Even took it back to the smith and he cant get the creep out without the gun not reseting and trigger working what am i or we missing ?

Who installed the sear? Have they installed an EGW sear before?

local gunsmith said he has worked on them before, even installed stock sear hammer and firing pin same thing

So I think you are taking about the "reset" being sloppy and that has to do with how the seat engagement leg is shaped. If someone is not familiar with how to shape the sear leg then the reset won't be very good.

i have seen pics where they have shaved or stoned the bottom leg of the sear is this what you are talking about ? ok ill bring it back and see what they can do.

You are confusing creep and pre travel. The front screw adjusts pre travel. The top screw adjusts over travel.

Creep is something totally diffferent.
