WidowsSon683
My cases are getting stuck in the tube and I have to bang it to get them to drop to the part that moves. Dillon 650, 40 s&w correct case pieces. The moving part with the bushing doesn't seem to come back far enough. If I move it with my finger and let it snap back they fall. Is there any adjustment I can make that will let it work more smoothly.
Sarge
Yes. Adjust the triangular cam a little forward
WidowsSon683
Ive already done that to fix the problem of the cases not dropping from the bushing. The pivot part just doesnt come back far enough for the case to drop from the feed tube without some prodding.
Brassaholic13
Call Dillon Monday then. I'm sure they'll fix it.
jmorris
It is adjustable, there is a socket head cap screw that adjusts the plastic "triangle". You reverse it for some cases and sometimes the helicoil stickes out too far but in most cases you can make it happen by just a tweak.
