cohland
Is anyone out there shooting a G21 in USPSA Limited 10? I've got the gun, and since .45 ACP is what I reload on my Dillon, I thought I might give it a try. Is there some compelling reason why the G21 is not a good fit for this Division? I know there are other more competitive guns, I'm not in the market for any more firearms at the moment. Chris
bikerburgess
I think that is a great gun for L10, and L10 is the perfect division for the gun. With the bug glock the mag opening is huge so even without a mag well the reloads are easy and the BIG frame and heavy slide soak up recoil. atbarr
I shoot mine in L10 and Production. It's a great gun.
Mustang684
When I bought my 21SF, I was surprised how soft the recoil was from this pistol. I put some Truglo tritium fibers on it and am competing in IDPA with it. Its a nice change from the usual G34/G35 route.
blaster113
If you like the gun and already reload for it then why not. The big frame Glocks sure shoot soft. Was playing with 10mm 200pf loads in my Gen4 G20 and the rounds feel like factory .40. 170pf .45s are mild. The limited mag capacity won't matter in L10 so go for it. we have a new shooter in our club who runs a G21 in Production and does pretty well considering he's just starting out. Tuflehundon
I've seen guys run 1911's in Limited 10 using the longer single stack mags. So I see no reason you couldn't use a G21. You holster options may be a little limited, but you'd be fine with it.

Lost River
The Glock 21 is such a soft recoiling and accurate gun that it would in fact be my top L10 choice.
