Dawson or Arredondo +5 basepads G35?

Having a few Taylor Freelance, TTI's, Dawsons and Arredondos

I look at it this way, The one's do I not worry about throwing in to the dirt, having the RO, Score Keeper and the rest of the squad trod upon them after my stunningly mediocre run? (I'm leaving 2-3 mags in the dirt per run)

Arredondo's . . . . there inexpensive, take abuse very well and don't seem to mind the dirt, dust, gravel and mud.

Just my opinion.

So if I squad with you, can I just use your mags and keep mine clean... :roflol:

My #5 followers came today. I got a moderately easy 20 reloadable with them, without filing them at all using a Dawson basepad. They were a little hard to load past 18 rounds and I had to use the Lupula (sp?) loader to get it full. Once it was in the gun it was pretty tough to rack the slide. I'll have to file it a bit to make it easier to load and see if the gun will even cycle with them this tight. 21+1 still seems out of reach.

Just got some TTI base pads and springs and can only load 19. Anyone cutting coils off the big springs? Or just use the stock springs?

Taran says they will compress and eventually you will get that extra round. I have some sitting on the bench fully loaded after the same question.

I had to use mine for a couple of months with 20 to break them in and get them to were I could fit 21.
