dlouie87
Hello everyone, I found some brass in my garage but I'm not too sure what it's worth. I know it's not a for sale forum so I didn't post it there but if anyone can give me guess of what this is worth, that'll be great! Then I can post in the sale forum or get some trades going. 70 cases of "LC79 Match" brass 100 cases of HF 7.62 brass 29 FGMM brass
PKT1106
Normally, probably between $60-$80. But in these panic days, who knows? I suggest putting them for sale on AR15 for a good bit and see if anyone bites.
dlouie87
Wow 60-80 bucks?! I can get some more shotgun caddies with this brass. Thanks!
dauntedfuture
about .10-.20 each, or not that much. Google 7.62 brass.
Histate
Glad I don't gottah pay those prices. Seen a local gun shop selling brand new never fired for around $35 for
broncobuster
I just paid $150/1000 Lake City Once Fired I will consider $0.25/case for "LR Match" brass...bought it at that price recently. FGMM brass is not regarded highly. $60 for your stash, IMHO, is quite a gouge.
dlouie87
I already got the question answered and sold all of it. Thank you though. Mods can close if they want.
wgj3
Most everything is "worth" about 150% (or more, .22 ammo is outrageous at 250% in lots of places) of normal (6-8 months ago) prices right now while supplies of everything are so spotty/scarce. That being said, I do think that shortly after everyone stops paying the inflated prices, the market will settle down again. Simple supply and demand economics. Sounds like you are pleased with your deal and the other guy voted "yes" with his cash, so its a win. Stuff is worth whatever someone is willing to pay.
