Brian Enos's Forums... Maku mozo!

I'm almost never on my PC unless it calls for some serious work. I mainly work and surf from my IPad, Galaxy Tab or phone. I tried visiting SA's website last night and no luck, have to have Abode flash. I've also tried visiting one if our vendors web site and no luck.

Am I doing something wrong or are these webmasters still stuck in last year?

I'm probably biased.. but I always looked at Flash as a way for non-programmers to make web pages.

They made/make very flashy sites, without requiring as much effort.. and now to move off, they'd have to hire real web developers

Flash is no longer supported on apples iOS devices. That death blow from apple to adobe has lead us designers to utilize Javascript to now develop dynamic, motion based sites that are viewable on almost every device.

I've been designing sites for the past 10 years and haven't touched flash in the past 5... Everything I do as part of our workflow is strictly HTML 5/CSS3/Javascript/Php
