Omegaarms
I have noticed that the 30 carbine case adapter helps feed the brass a bit better than the 223 adapter. It is not neccessary but helps lessen the amount of tipped over brass while feeding. And I think it is only $20 as well. Also, the 30 carbine powder funnel will work as well to bell the case mouth if you are loading lead bullets.
TTNuge
I Was going to put together a conversion kit using the AK pieces but I see that Dillon now offers a conversion specifically for the 300 BLK/Whisper. Is the AK funnel still the way to go or is this new? conversion kit the answer now if you can wait long enough to get one? I don't have a 300BLK upper yet so I have time to wait. sardo67
why not just use a 308 funnel or anything 30 caliber?
benos
why not just use a 308 funnel or anything 30 caliber? The 308 Powder Funnel, or the 30 caliber Powder Funnel, won't work for the Blackout. I think it's too long. The Blackout requiers the AK Powder Funnel, SKU 13015. And the AK Powder Funnel is included with any press's Caliber Conversion Kit for that caliber.
