Exebshootr
I tend to stay away from remington as far as auto-loaders go...but i gave into all the hype surrounding the new versa max. Itll cycle 2 3/4 and 3's good enough but it wont always cycle or eject the 3 1/2 quite well...im not sure if its just a remington being a remington or if there should be some tuning done to the gun out of the box...any suggestions? Keep in mind ive shown it to a remington "know it al" and hes also a gunsmith and seems to be absolutelly sure that the gun is in perfect working order
T Bacus
Since this is a three gun forum I doubt you'll get much info on shooting 3.5" shells. I've had a Versa for close to a year and never put a 3.5" shell in my gun.
co-exprs
Same here. Never tried 3.5" before.
shopgun
I tested eight different 3.5" turkey loads through mine last spring, probably about forty rounds. I had no problems (other than my shoulder) VM or not they do pack a wallop.
