650 and .50 Beowulf

Anyone tried this combo?

Is there a powder die that will work with/flare this case? Also, is there a plate and bushing for the case feeder?

I single stage with the Lee 4 die set right now and sure would like to not do that anymore.

Due to the rebated case head, this brass will not feed through the case feeder. If you detach the case insertion and plunger parts so you can feed cases into the shellplate by hand, then you can load it on the 650.

What about a recommendation for powder die/flaring funnel thing combo?

It would be the same as what is used for the 550 which is "#.50 Pistol Powder Funnel - # 14465" (it is also used for 500 S&W and 50AE). It also requires the extra large powder die.

This is the combo I've been using on a single stage press. Ordered both off of Dillon's Web Site.

Dillon X-Large Powder Die - Stock #: 21253

For loading on the XL650 i would think you would also need at a min.

Also looks like the .500 S&W Case feed stuff may work for feeding cases. Speculation on my part though.
