75 TS Extended mag release button "ouch"

Alright

so I picked this TS in 40 up from a local dealer after handling it and the price was too low to pass up giving a CZ a try for the first time.

So I ran 50 rounds through it. Accuracy is as deacribed everywhere, which is excellent.

But after those 50 rounds the palm of my left hand was killing me because the extended mag release drove into my palm every shot.

I guess my question is, do they make one a little shorter somewhere.

anybody else ever have that problem?

I had a friend who did. He just had someone shave it down.

I had the same problem plus unintended magazine ejection. Most annoying in the middle of a stage. I had CZ Custom mill one down a lot (.250 ish) and re-checker the surface. Problems solved.

I have put propoxy on grips ( made them wider)/ no problems doing that

^{I had the premature mag drop myself. It sucks in the middle of the stage. I found my left hand grip was sliding forward. Fixed the fundamentals and fixed the mag drop issue.}

well since I originally posted this topic I have practiced draws / grip and this fixed the issue without modifying the gun.
