diehli
http://comholsters.com/themall/product_info.php?cPath=1&products_id=3&osCsid=5124dfe5e646647c75b3b3bf4cd1eea2 I assume one would select "1911 w/ rail STI Trubor". Best bet is to make contact and ask about that holster.

2MoreChains
+1 for Rick at COM. I use his "race" holster for Limited, and have new one on order for a 6" that needed to be a custom build since it uses a STI Tactical Frame. I know at least one guy who uses the COM in 3-gun with his Open gun, and has nothing but good to say about it. Rick is good people, unfortunately his website doesn't do him justice. However, I think his Facebook page has better pics. Best to give him a call. Plus he is often a sponsor at major matches.
