5early
Always seems to take more powder for me to make PF than many on this board. I'm beginning to think it's my scale. Just took 9.5gr of HS-6 over 115 MGB JHP @ 1.145 to make 172PF in a open G17 with LWD barrel and Jäger comp. Seem a little high? Still less pressure signs than my WST minor load with 147's. gng4life
Wow, that does seem high. Are you consistently chrono'ing the same speeds and PF? I have noticed that most of the Open Glocks normally take less than most S*I guns and most S*I guns are taking between 8.9 - 9.3 of HS6 to make 170/172. With no pressure signs, sounds like it's working for you though.
Hi-Power Jack
I'm beginning to think it's my scale. Could be your weighing technique ... Zero the scale, throw 5-6 charges and put them back in the hopper... throw 10 charges into your scale pan, weight them, and divide by ten... That should tell you what the scale reads.
