Loves2Shoot Posted July 13, 2004 Share Posted July 13, 2004 Does it look like I had to fit anything? It took me longer to unwrap the silly thing than it did to install it. It's tough to tell from the photo, but it looks like you could open it up some more and match the contour of the frames' magwell bevel. A fitted S&A is a lot nicer IMO than an S&A that you just install and forget. You can. I opened mine up to the edges and it is very adequate (and easily removed for carry purposes) but I think the SVI wells are the best I've seen for competition. I should have mentioned that I opened my SV well up a lot more and blended it to the frame since I took those pics. I took it out almost to the edges and its huge. I don't feel like taking another pic, you'll have to take my word for it. I'm an awful photographer. I have S&As on my Para and Colt too. Cheaper and easier.
