hax
So why do some people disable the slide lock open on an empty mag in competition? Is it so you don't shove the mag in to far? How many people have disabled this feature ? Thank you
JaeOne3345
You answered it. Keeps you from over inserting a magazine and breaking off long ejectors. http://www.brazoscustom.com/magart/0505.htm
Wild Gene
I did it because it gives me an extra round in my magazine (different follower). Since I did it for the wrong reason, do I have to swap it back? wg
ParaGunner
Just don't run out of rounds.
hax
Does that happen a lot? (breaking off an extractor) I would think your mag catch would engage before it shoves in too far, but maybe not with the speed at which some people change mags.
