  1. Please explain more, because that sounded a little Greek. I got the part. If I have rifle length and adjustable gas block and tune it just right I don't need to time it, correct? Other part I'm lost. Thank you very much Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Do y'all time the brake to the 1'oclock position? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. Hey some times a long day of shooting gets to us but if your ROing then you need to check the range before you give the load command. Ive never been to the RO class and I'm not sure if that is his duty, but it should be. This video should be left up for training purposes. We could tell a story of, "this one time..." But this video makes it more of a point to people how important it is to check. Thank you for posting sarge. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. I use a red rider that was my sons Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Looks like a sex toy. But would probably work well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Thank you. You're the first person with a solution instead of just knocking me out. Their silicone ones do look like they might just do the trick! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  10. this was my bike z1000 And this is what happens when you think nothing can hurt you Oh well you live and you learn
  11. I would think more people on here have some nice long range rifles. I would also like to see them. That is a nice 308
  12. Im new to the suppressor world so im not sure if the mirage thing is that big of deal but i do like to transition from short to long distances. hopefully being able to shoot rapidly at short and go long about 300-500 yards.
  13. welcome, im in houston too. not too sure how many matches are up in the woodlands but im a part of PSC and they put on a good monthly match. Impact zone does too but both of those are on the other side of town. I my self have to travel across town to go to almost any match myself. Space city challenge is still up and open. Usually they shoot it at PSC but thiss year uts going to be some other place. still should be fun. This was my first starting match. you must sign up for uspsa to shoot since it is a level 2 match. but they have a couple days of shooting and you can sign up to shoot sundaay and come pout friday or saturday and watch and ask questions. Its a great way to learn. Have fun and pm me if you have any questions.
  14. i contacted silencer co and they said the wrap will not damage the can. I asked them for recommendations and they said they dont have any, but I should go for high quality. So here I am again, anyone out here with some experience and know any brand that I can use for longer strings of fire without catching on fire. Both Tab and Ironworks say to not use on an AR platform due to it getting too hot.
  15. Not sure if i agree with this. I dont have too much experience in the open field but i do with an AR with an aimpoint mounted. I was always looking for a sharp target and the dot would be over it. if it was a fuzzy target then there woould be no way to shoot at targets 300 yards away. Correct me if im wrong, but i would have my focus on the target and the dot will come. If you are focusing on your sight you will always have two sights because you are not looking past it.
  16. Any update? You must have it by now Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. have you tried looking at the target and focusing on that instead of your sights. try focusing on targets at different lengths then bring you gun up.
  18. I never really thought of the downsides to using a wrap. I guess it could shorten the life of said suppressor.
  19. i dont see anything on their website. i was hoping someone with use could help me
  20. I am new to the suppressor world but have looked at Ironworks and Tab. Both companies do not recommend using their suppressor wraps for long strings of 5.56 fire. Im hoping someone has a working wrap that will work for up to full auto. I know we had some in the army but im not sure what company made them. Any suggestions would be great. If it matters, The suppressor I am waiting on is the SilencerCo Saker 7.62 Thank you.
  21. I have nothing to add except a lot of you contradict each other. Its actually pretty funny. You're missing - dont do that. Rotfl
